Al Pirozzoli founded a marketing and sales
support firm which grew to the 141st fastest growing company
in New England as reported by sales and Marketing Magazine. He
has held key positions in major marketing firms, served as
president of a national branding and marketing firm and worked
as a senior executive in a Fortune 200 public company.
In 25 years he has gained extraordinary insights
about people both in the world of business and as an ordained
marketplace chaplain. Al has an innate grasp of human dynamics
and accompanying processes that help people apply workable
tools that actually Extract Potential.
Al is an ordained minister and has served
as an associate pastor in a prominent regional church where
he was the pastor over a district of nine towns; serving the
needs of parishioners. He was a seminar leader and speaker
at Vision New England for many years and taught on spirituality
in the marketplace.
As a marketplace practitioner he has helped
companies introduce new products, revitalize existing products,
improve sales and marketing, build teams and guided change
initiatives.
His work in differentiated marketing has
garnered over 50 awards of excellence including the prestigious
John Caples Award for direct mail and the International Telly
Award for TV.
He is one of a handful of individuals who
was certified as a team trainer and facilitator of the highly
regarded Joiner Associates team building process.

For Identifying Motivated Abilities)
Al has authored numerous training and development
manuals and magazine articles. He has worked with individuals/groups
to meet their professional and personal growth goals.
He also enjoyed a unique opportunity to develop
and launch an internal university for nationwide management
training while he worked at General Signal Corporation.
He has developed and refined the effectiveness
of the MAPP© and the 8 Natural Leadership Tools for over
12 years.
