As Marketing Director of Dawg, Inc - a leading supplier of spill control products, Dave  provided creative marketing strategies, developing brand awareness through CRM and  SEO programs resulting in top ten rankings on Google and Yahoo. Mr. Codella expanded marketing capabilities and increased revenue through enhanced web development and cutting edge technology from Red Door. His technical understanding of internal operations and web technology has improved work efficiency, customer support training and response time.

While Creative Director at LesCare Kitchens, Mr. Codella’s multi-level catalog design and comprehensive web site development quickly delivered brand awareness and bottom line results. Combining technology, creativity and communication Mr. Codella implemented marketing strategies and materials educating consumers and equipping dealers, while uniting distributors and manufacturing with a unified, cohesive marketing plan that benefited all parties.
