Door's Quotation feature:
- Allows your customer service support
person to set up an account and shop for your customer
adding to their cart items they have specified or indicated
interest in.
- Add items from your current catalog
as well as new or customized products based on the customers
specifications.
- Shipping will be automatically calculated
but also allow you to edit or change shipping to account
for items that ship via freight carrier.
- Specify an expiration date for the
quote which will appear in the price box. This encourages
the customer to act promptly.
- Once you are satisfied with the shopping
cart and shipping, you can choose from a series of standardized
messages or create a customized email message to send to
the customer.
- Leave internal notes attached to the
quote for other staff members to reference.
- A final email preview will display
how the quote will appear to the customer before you send
it. You also have the ability to attach a file with the
quote if needed.
